The 25th Annual Congress of the European Association for Accident Research will be held in the Bratislava. It is the third time when Slovakia decided to be the host of this event. Bratislava is the capital city also political, cultural and economic centre of Slovakia situated on the bank of Danube river, 60 km from Vienna. It is home to several universities, museums, theatres, galleries and other important cultural and educational institutions. Many of Slovakia’s large businesses and financial institutions also have headquarters there. The organizers and the EVU Board have agreed that Using EDR/CDR in theory and praxis will be the leading topic supported by the Driving dynamics. Therefore, the EVU would like to encourage everybody who wishes to support this conference to submit a contribution. As a second modern topic the organisers propose the Autonomous driving. Traditionaly all will be supported by Open Forum. Regarding social activities, on the first evening (Thursday) there will be an informal welcome reception to include food and drinks. During the day on Friday, partners will be able to take part in a guided tour of Bratislava with tour guides providing commentary in both English and German. The Gala dinner will take place on the Friday evening at Elesko, 25 km from Bratislava – the Andy-Warhol Gallery.
